HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders are processed in the order in which they were received. Determining when your order will ship depends on what was ordered and when it was ordered. Hand painted mugs are painted upon order and they take approximately 3 days to dry and another day to cure. The entire processing time for a hand painted creation is 3-5 business days. Once the mug is dry, cured, and sealed, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PAINT A MUG?
It can take anywhere between 30 minutes to several hours to paint a mug, depending on the design.
DO YOU PAINT MUGS ON THE WEEKEND?
Mugs are typically painted during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) however nothing is ever set in stone. If there's time and the creative juices are flowing, painting can happen any time, any day.
HOW LONG WILL THE PAINT ON THE HAND PAINTED MUGS LAST?
Paint on the hand painted mugs is delicate and how long it will last depends on how often it is used and how it is cared for. In short, the paint could last years or it could last weeks. To keep your hand painted mug(s) looking great, we highly recommend hand washing the mug, but avoid scrubbing the design. Also, avoid putting the mug in the microwave, because over time, extreme exposure to heat can wear away the paint.
WHY ARE YOUR MUGS SO EXPENSIVE?
What's expensive and what isn't really depends on the individual. The price is based on the cost of the mug, the amount of time it takes to be painted, and the amount of supplies needed to paint and ship the mugs. The mugs are priced as low as can be to make sure they fit everyone's budget.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, the answer is no, however there are dozens of popular designs currently available in our Zazzle shop and they can be shipped anywhere in the world.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and decide to return the item, you will have 7 calendar days, starting from the date your order was delivered [all orders are tracked] to notify STUFF I LOVE SHOP via email and mail the item back. The item must be returned unused and it must be packaged with care to ensure it's returned unbroken. Once your item is returned safely, a refund will be processed, however it will not include the cost of shipping. You will also pay the cost of shipping the item back. If your item is packaged without care and is returned broken, a refund will not be possible.
If you placed a CUSTOM ORDER, you must make sure that you have provided all pertinent details required to process your custom order. If your order was created according to specific details you provided, a refund is not possible. However, if a mistake was made and your order was not processed correctly, please email a photo of your mug to firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the refund process.
Even though all items are packaged with care, sometimes things happen. If an item arrives BROKEN/DAMAGED, please snap a picture of the damage and email it to email@example.com and be sure to include your full name. Once your photo/email has been received, we will do whatever it takes to remedy the situation.
If an item is damaged after you have begun using it, the item is not refundable. We simply cannot determine or verify how the item was used over time. As much as we wish the paint on these hand painted mugs would last forever, that simply is not the case.
WHAT IS A FINAL SALE?
If an item is listed as a sale item and you see the text ALL SALES FINAL at the top of the product description, that means the item cannot be returned or refunded. The price has been drastically discounted and the sale is final.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you placed an order, but changed your mind, you will need to submit a cancellation email ASAP. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order and make sure you include CANCEL ORDER in the subject line.
